5. HOW LONG DO WE HOLD ON TO YOUR INFORMATION?

We only keep on your personal information as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which is has been collected and set out clearly in this privacy policy. This is to be declared that no purpose in this policy will let us hold on to your information for more than 3 years. 

Whenever we will have mo ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information. If this is not possible we will securely isolate your personal information and keep it isolated until the deletion is possible.

Our technical team has implemented the appropriate security measures to protect your information that we process. However, no technology security standard till date is 100% secure so we cannot promise that any third party hackers and unauthorised entity will not be able to defeat our security standards. 

Although we will always keep doing our best to protect your personal information, transmission of your data on internet and to our website should be completely on your risk. You should always access the environment in a secure environment.

8. CONTROLS ON DO-NOT TRACK FEATURES?

Most of the web browsers and some of the mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or a setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities to be monitored or collected.

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practicE in a revised version of this privacy notice.
